Made-to-Order & Processing Time

All D.Puskas Couture items are made to order unless otherwise stated. This means your piece is created specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed.

Production time: approximately 2–6 weeks
This timeframe may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and seasonal demand

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over €1,000
The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and before taxes or duties

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been completed and shipped, not at the time of purchase.

EU deliveries: 2–7 business days
UK deliveries: 3–7 business days
International deliveries: 7–21 business days

D.Puskás Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Risk & Responsibility

In accordance with EU consumer law, responsibility for your order remains with D.Puskás Couture until the item has been successfully delivered to you. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
