At D.Puskas Couture, each piece is crafted especially for you. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.ű

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items (No Returns)

All D.Puskas Couture items are made to order or bespoke, which means they are produced specifically for you after purchase.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for made-to-order or custom pieces

  • This includes custom sizing, personalized designs, or made-to-measure garments

This is in line with EU and UK consumer law for personalized or made-to-order goods.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under EU/UK consumer law.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A refund

3. Standard (Non-Custom) Ready-to-Wear Items

If we offer any non-custom, ready-to-ship items, EU and UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order or bespoke garments

  • Personalized or custom-sized items

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items (unless defective)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • D.Puskas Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
